FiAD arose from the initiative of a group of colleagues who work professionally and academically in the field of training, learning, and corporate development. This is FiAD’s main value, as the breakdown of its approach, both in the proposed agenda and the chosen spokespeople, reflects a deep understanding of the day-to-day work of the function, what companies need and are exploring, the methodologies and their effectiveness, and, of course, the needs and challenges they face.
